Exclusive holiday in a two-floor historic house with 5 beds, an ample garden and an above-ground private pool. The property is located in the town of Jesolo, 5 minutes away from the sea. Ca’ del Mar is a recently refurbished country house with comfortable furnishings for a bucolic holiday… where you don’t have to miss out on having fun. The house is made up of a kitchenette (dishwasher and microwave) with a dining area, a lounge area with a TV and satellite, a sofa, air-conditioning, a bathroom, and laundry and washing machine. On the top floor, there are 2 rooms with double beds and air-conditioning, one room with a single bed, and another bathroom and shower. Outside, there is a huge garden, a verandah with a barbecue, outdoor tables and chairs, and a swimming pool.

Located in a strategic spot for a holiday centred on exclusivity, just behind the lagoon in the immediate vicinity of the historic town centre at a stone’s throw from the sea. Also near Jesolo’s main cycling paths immersed in nature.

La maison est exactement comme décrite dans l’annonce. Confortable, fonctionnelle, cette maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel et très calme. Parfait pour se reposer. Le jardin est magnifique, très bien équipé et entièrement clôturé ce qui est un vrai plus si vous avez des enfants ou des chiens. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine durant les jours de canicule. Vous disposerez de tous les plaisirs de Lido di Jesolo tout en bénéficiant de la quiétude du village de Jesolo. Un grand merci à Melania et sa famille pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

La nostra prima esperienza a Jesolo, la nostra prima esperienza con la formula Homeaway. Direi tutto perfetto! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, molto disponibili e per nulla invadenti! La casa è perfetta così come la si vede in foto! Pulita e con tutto quello che serve. 5min di auto e si è subito al mare. Esperienza da ripetere! Grazie ancora! 🙂
Picobello! Für uns (zwei Erwachsene vier Kinder) war es ideal. Die ruhige Lage, das große Grundstück, der Pool, das geräumige Haus, der kurze Weg zum Strand und zum Nachtleben von Lido di Jesolo. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und zwei sehr große sind mit dem Rad oder sogar zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die ideale (Ferien)wohnung. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die beste Pizza gibt’s übrigens bei „Pizzeria Alla Tavernetta“ in der Via Roma destra 75.!
